Our Sustainable and Responsible Purchasing Policy

As part of our committed CSR policy, we have established agricultural supply chains and partnerships with our raw material suppliers to ensure certified origin.

This rigorous selection has allowed us to develop an exclusive range of active and deactivated dehydrated sourdoughs benefiting from the "Origine France Garantie" label, a choice of organic-certified sourdoughs as well as the largest range of CRC® sourdoughs made with cereals grown according to good agricultural practices.

In addition, our products are Kosher and Halal certified, and our fruit references are made with natural fruit flavors and natural colorings.

To go further, upon receipt of raw materials, we perform checks that continue throughout the manufacturing process. We apply a rigorous analysis cycle, from incoming inspections to the final product release, with specific criteria adapted to each reference.

Over 25,000 analyses are carried out each year in our internal laboratory. This complete control allows us not only to ensure healthy and high-performing finished products, but also to collaborate with our Research Institute for in-depth analyses. Combined with a strict purchasing policy and committed, responsible supply chains, this quality standard guarantees reliable solutions that respect both People and Nature.
