Based on our wheat sourdough, Phil Force is a technological concentrate designed to control the formation of blisters during fermentation. It delivers a subtly sweet aromatic note and contributes to an amber-colored crumb, while ensuring dough consistency and reliability.
Particularly well suited to deferred production processes, Phil Force helps preserve both the visual and sensory quality of bread, even under demanding processing conditions.
