Formulated with our wheat sourdough, Super V is a technological concentrate designed to meet the demands of modern viennoiserie. Specially developed for frozen unbaked croissants and Freezer-to-Oven processes, it secures every step from freezing to baking.
Super V promotes consistent volume development after freezing while improving dough tolerance and shelf life.
The result: well-developed croissants with a light, open crumb and long-lasting, consistent quality — without compromising on taste or traditional baking expertise.
